Although the original plan was to have only human playable characters, a second race was just confirmed for launch. Due to overwhelming demand (by Nanaki) we are pleased to announce the “Niblonianderthals”!
Shortly after the ASF was formed, the FSF (Feline Sentient Forces) were formed. There *was* a CSF (Canine Sentient Forces), but as only enough funding for one project was available, the best FSF agent was pit against the best CSF agent. The results were unanimous.
In the beginning, they seemed to excel at sports.
After a very short attempt to integrate the FSF into recreational sports after the invasion,
they began intensive training in hand to paw combat.
The first field tests versus commandos proved very successful
and the felines were enrolled into full combat situations. Their ability to hit the ground fast in any threatening situation keeps them alive much longer than their companions.
Their ferocity in battle rivals the skills of the soldiers in most cases.
They have also been known to adapt weapons for their own purposes very effectively.
They are such patient and stealthy creatures that even the animals on foreas are often unaware that they are only a breath away from certain death.
They are extremely perceptive and can find mines with relative ease on the battlefields.
They have also been known to ambush the enemy
and attack from positions in which no Bane would ever expect to encounter them.
The FSF have also been deemed as a suitable replacement for our base security cameras.
You may recognize these felines as the ancestors of a smaller race of evolved beings called "Niblonians".
